1953 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Belair CONVERTIBLE. When I was a kid and watched Grease for the first time I told myself I would do a car like their dream car. Here it is! There are approx. 1500 miles on this car since it was restored 5 years ago. It has never been rained on since the restore. I took the approach of making it a fun and enjoyable ride. And it is! There is a crate motor Chevy 350. Aluminum radiator with electric fan and serpintine belt. Dual exhaust with Magnaflow mufflers. It Barks! Matched to a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. 55 Chevy rear end. Mustang II front end with coil suspension. Power front disc brakes. The rear leaf springs are parabolic giving it a ride like a caddilac. A great cruiser with a quiet rumble and a quick bark when you get on it. It has a black power top. Nice shine but it does have a few paint chips that have been brush touched. Mainly on the front driver fender. The vintage looking radio has am/fm with bule tooth. Red line tires and Torque Thrust style wheels make it look nostalgic but also like the hot rod you always wanted.
